The Lansing Latino Health Alliance (LLHA) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit established in 2003 with funding from the Ingham County Health Department and the Kellogg Community Voices Project. LLHA’s purpose is to reduce health disparities and improve the health status of Latinos in the Greater Lansing area.
La Alianza Latina para la Salud de Lansing, S.A. fue fundada en el 2003 mediante el apoyo económico del Departamento de Salud del Condado Ingham y del Proyecto de Kellogg Voces de la Comunidad. Fue integrada como una organización sin fines de lucro en el 2007 con el propósito de reducir las disparidades e injusticias con respecto a la salud y mejorar el estado de la salud de los latinos en el área de Lansing y sus alrededores.
Welcome, Antonio Cruz
LLHA is happy to announce and welcome a new member to the Board of Directors. Antonio Cruz is a welcomed addition to the Board for his expertise in physical health and in physical self improvement. A certified Personal Trainer, Mr. Cruz has been in the Lansing area for 15 years and has become integrated into the local Latino community. The Board welciomes him and look forrward to his helping the Association carry out its mission.
